According to WPTV-TV county mayor Dave Kerner confirmed the closures would last between Thursday, July 2nd to Sunday, July 5th.
Like Miami-Dade and Broward county, West Palm is now intending to also shut down beaches for the holiday weekend a as a result in the recent spike in Coronavirus cases.
Commissioners will meet Monday to finalize the decision.
