The classic case of mistaken identity! LOL...
During her talk show, Kelly Clarkson admitted to forging Carrie Underwood's autograph once upon a time when a fan confused the two American Idol alums. The "Since U Been Gone" singer wanted to save face and not make the moment awkward so she played along. She told her talk show audience:
“This girl came up to me ‘Oh my God, your song ‘So Small’ is one of my favorites. And I kept thinking, ‘I don’t have a song ‘So Small.’ Then she said another song and I was like, ‘Oh, you think I’m Carrie Underwood.’”
