Chick-Fil-A is being sued over delivery price hikes in 2020.
The story goes that two people from New York claim that in 2020 the restaurant raised its menu prices even though they had announced that the delivery fee was going to be a flat rate.
According to the lawsuit, the practice is "deceitful and untruthful."
More of the lawsuit claims that the higher menu price is just a tactic to mask the higher delivery fee.
The plaintiffs are seeking to order Chick-Fil-A to quit the practice and of course, cash.
