A substitute teacher (with some pretty decent vocal skills) was asked to leave the classroom, and subsequently the school, after viral video taken by his 1st period students shows him singing "Toxic" by Britney Spears into a karaoke microphone in the middle of class. The lights were as nice touch, but a little overboard for his superiors who actually gave this quote:
"I’ve heard worse Britney Spears covers, but the lights are a bit much."
He was not fired but instead, reportedly, relocated to another high school.
