It's being reported the "Womanizer" singer's father claimed he'd go "personally bankrupt" if he's left to cough up legal fees out of his own pocket. This is probably true since the attorney representing him charges $1,200/billable hour. Brit's attorney, Mathew Rosengart, thinks Jamie's request for MORE of his daughter's money is “an abomination. Jamie Spears reaped many millions of dollars from Britney’s work and hard earned money. This is not what a father who loves his daughter does.”
