Research by CelebTattler analyzed Google search data for over 150 of the most influential musicians since January 1st of this year to determine which celebrity was the most talked about of the year.
Taking the number one spot was Taylor Swift with 2.1 million average searches every month in the country. Tay Tay recently broke records and broke Ticketmaster after her latest album release 'Midnights' and the announcement of her Eras tour.
Coming in second place a fan fave, Harry Styles with 2.09 million searches per month from Americans. Wrapping up the top three was Kanye West who was Googled 2.05 million times per month this year.
