At last Tuesday night's Fort Lauderdale City Commission meeting a group of dominatrixes took to the podium to introduce a proposal.
The dominatrix, covered from head to toe in leather, called herself "Mistress" and spoke during the public City meeting.
She not only accused the commissioners of cheating on their spouses but also proposed that they spend $250,000 of a $1 million solid waste management contract on building a dungeon "to support doms and subs in Broward County"
