This Barbie faces her third lawsuit over her No.1 hit song "Levitating."
Musician Bosko Kante has filed a lawsuit against the pop star along with her music label Warner Music Group in Los Angeles, claiming they never got permission to include his "talk box" recording for the "Levitating" remixes.
Kante said in the lawsuit that he came to an oral agreement for the original version of "Levitating," not the remixes.
