Friends of South Florida Autism, Inc.is pleased to announce:Hialeah, Florida – Friends of South Florida Autism, Inc. is pleased to announce that the 9th AnnualRay of Hope Gala to benefit Friends of South Florida Autism, Inc. will take place on Sat., Nov.18, 2017 at the Treetop Ballroom at Jungle Island.

Friends of South Florida Autism, Inc. is a nonprofit organization that raises funds in support of SouthFlorida Autism Center, Inc., South Florida Autism Charter Schools, Inc., and the future Villages ofSouth Florida Autism, Inc. 

Proceeds from the event will directly support the capital campaign, “One Center, One Hope, OneCommunity,” which will support a state-of-the-art campus in northwest Miami-Dade that will provideeducational, therapeutic, and recreational opportunities for the entire demographic of individualsdiagnosed with Autism, and their families.

The campus will provide a permanent home for South Florida Autism Charter Schools, Inc., a publiccharter school that serves Miami-Dade and Broward students in grades K through 12, and up to theage of 22. On-campus Community Outreach will be available to the entire South Florida communityat the South Florida Autism Center, which will include Day Care, Early Intervention, Therapy Clinic,Family Fitness Center, Community Workshops, Professional Development opportunities, and AdultRecreational & Vocational Programs with on-site employment training and job placement. Futureplans are in place to provide part-time and full-time residential services for individuals with Autism.
