5 DOPE Ways To Use Avacado on National Avacado Day

Happy National Avocado Day! Avocado is probably something I wouldn't have touched as a kid, but as an adult, it has so many benefits like aiding in digestion, heart health, and healthy aging.

Avocado Toast - Total basic millennial food choice, but it tastes so good! You can build your avocado toast by adding different types of meats and veggies. Pro-tip: Add "Everything But The Bagel" seasoning on top and you have yourself a delicious millennial delicacy. 

Guacamole - So delicious and it tastes even better when it's free! Yes, today at Chipotle you can add a side of guac and not have to pay the extra fee when you order online! I'm learning more and more that guacamole can go on anything - tortilla chips, tacos, and even burgers ( don't knock it until you try it.)

Avocado Fries - On a health kick like me? Try making some avocado fries at home, just strip 'em down cut 'em up, cover them in flour ( don't forget the seasoning), and throw them in your air fryer. Super delicious and the air fryer gives it a nice crunch!

Smoothie - Now, I haven't tried this way yet, but it's on my list. But apparently when mixed with fruits and almond milk you can't even taste it, but you still get the health benefits.

Alcoholic Drinks - Saaay What? Yes. You can add it into your favorite frozen margarita, daiquiris, or martinis. I might have to ask the bartenders at America's Backyard to try this.
