How Jessica Simpson Lost 100 Pounds In 6 Months After Her 3rd Baby

Singer and actress Jessica Simpson's latest post to IG is a pic of her wearing all black and celebrating going from 240lbs to 140lbs in 6 months after having her 3rd child, Birdie Mae. An inside source recently revealed to People that after having a "hard time not feeling like herself," Jessica set a goal and went for it hard:

Simpson, 39, worked out with trainer Harley Pasternak and his co-trainer Sydney Liebes, and got back to her favorite form of exercise, walking. “Jessica had a trainer and she was very committed to working out. She also did a lot of walking — walking is huge for her mentally and physically,” the source said. “It’s always been something she does to clear her head and for the steps.”

One of the designers for her line revealed to the magazine also that Jessica reached her goal by adding lots of veggies to her diet, and even enjoyed discovering new ones that she can mask in certain dishes. She also cut out fried foods and high-calorie foods and believed in moderation so she indulged once in a while with her goal in mind! She told People:

“It’s not easy at all, but I am determined to feel good,” she said. “I discovered I really like cauliflower. Who knew it could be a substitute for almost anything?!”

Simpson, 39, is married to Eric Johnson, a former NFL player.
