The post that broke Instagram yesterday:
Couldn't think of a cooler way for Jennifer Aniston to join the IG world than this epic "FRIENDS" reunion pic. Blurry and all, we're in our feels. In less than an hour the actress gained 116K followers before coming across some issues. A spokesperson told People Magazine:
“We are aware that some people are having issues following Jen’s page — the volume of interest is incredible! We are actively working on a solution and hope to have the page up and running smoothly again shortly.”
One day later, she's at almost 10 MILLION followers and is following 111 accounts, including her FRIENDS castmates, Oprah, Pharrell, and Katy Perry. She's even following her ex-hubby Justin Theroux.
The road to millions of followers started with a comment though! Under Matt LeBlanc's post with a throwback picture of the cast (that he couldn't properly tag her in before) she wrote:
Matthew Perry is the only one not on Instagram yet. None of the other 5 "Friends" is past 5M followers yet other than Jen, lol. WOW. Still cracking up at how Courtney Cox welcomed her to IG world, LOL:
Think Brad Pitt will follow her anytime soon? 👀 He'd have to first make his own page also, which seems unlikely after he told E! News this:
“Never gonna happen. Well, I never say never. Life’s pretty good without it. I don’t see the point.”
