At what time should the school bell ring in Miami-Dade? That is the big question Superintendent Alberto Carvalho, board members, students, teachers and parents will discuss at tonight’s Twitter town hall. The question, which popped up back in November, has the district considering a shifting school start times to help teens achieve a better sleeping cycle while improving transportation efficiency. If these changes are passed, no schools would start class before 8 A.M.
