Florida Restaurants Could Permanently Continue To Offer Alcohol As Take-Out

Good news for booze fans... which is all of us, c'mon don't lie! Whether your drink of choice is beer, wine, or a cocktail, being a resident of Florida has granted you the access to purchase alcohol as take-out/delivery. This change to the rules came to be following the signing of an executive order by Ron DeSantis due to the pandemic.

As reported by NBC 6 South Florida, a senate committee unanimously approved the bill proposed by Republican Senator Jennifer Bradley:

“COVID-19 has created a tremendous stress on the restaurant industry,” Bradley said. “The current executive order has been a lifeline. It has helped restaurants accomplish a goal of being successful while also providing a convenience for consumers.”
