A miracle occurred in Oklahoma!
A 6-legged puppy by the name of Miracle (also referred to as Skipper) beat the odds and has made it way past the lifespan veterinarians who cared for her expected. The official term for the condition she's living with is monocephalus dipygus and monocephalus rachipagus dibrachius tetrapus (which basically means 1 head and chest cavity, but 2 pelvic regions, 2 lower urinary tracts, 2 reproductive systems, 2 tails and 6 legs, etc...)
The good news continues! She's expected to live a decently comfortable life, with some physical therapy expected in the near future, as well as close monitoring of her organs (which are in great standing currently.)
