Ashley Madison (the site for cheating) have been keeping track of all the data from all the cheaters that sign up to use their site.
So, they recently released their current top cities with the most cheaters and congrats, Florida!
We've got three cities in the Top 5:

2. Orlando
3. Atlanta
4. Las Vegas
5. Tampa
6. Cincinnati
7. Minneapolis
8. Saint Paul
9. Buffalo
10. Pittsburgh
