Guide For Miami Art Week 2022

Today marks the official start of Miami Art Week. Art galleries from around town will be showcasing some of their most unique pieces. There are several events going on throughout the week, including Art Basel, starting December 1st.

To plan the next couple of days and your weekend while you're at it, here's a list of what's going on around Miami.

NOVEMBER 29th

Art Miami + CONTEXT Art Miami Opening Night Art Miami is back. The show will open with a VIP opening party Tuesday, November 29th. General Admission tickets are $57.

Context Art Miami will start on Tuesday, November 29, and run through Sunday, December 5. It'll take place at 1 Miami Herald Plaza (at NE 14th Street). Tickets cost $40 to $275.

Fridge Art Fair. Starts on November 29 and goes through December 3. This will be at Esquina de Abuela, 2705 NW 22nd Ave., Miami. Admission is free.

Maddox Gallery will return to Art Miami for the fifth year. Starting Tuesday, Nov. 29 – Sunday, Dec. 4.

NOVEMBER 30th

Art Beat Miami starts on Wednesday, November 30, and goes through Sunday, December 4. Admission is free.

Aqua Art Miami will kick off its 16th edition at the Aqua Hotel with a VIP Preview on Wednesday, November 30th. They will then open to the public December 1-4. Tickets cost $20 to $275.

Design Miami starts on Wednesday, November 30, and goes through Sunday, December 4. Tickets range from $31 to $112.50.

Ink Miami has distinguished itself with surrounding suites transformed into uniquely defined gallery spaces where visitors are encouraged to explore INK’s dynamic works. You can head there Wednesday, November 30, through Sunday, December 4. Admission is free.

DECEMBER 1st

Art Basel kicks off on Thursday, December 1, until Saturday, December 3, at Miami Beach Convention Center. Tickets go from $55 to $2,200 and you can get your tickets at artbasel.com.
