Not all hero's wear capes and this cop is nothing short of a hero. He saw Spot in distress and acted. Didn't even think twice about. Now. Let's talk about the lady running down the side walk acting like she's nothing's happening.
Did she even break stride? The cop is pulling a dog out of a potentially deadly situation and she does't even slow down. That annoys more than Katy Perry's new hair cut (will expand in later blog).
