Hurricane Ian came through South Florida only a couple of days ago, causing schools to shut down in Miami-Dade and Broward. School was cancelled for both K through 12 and universities during the storm. The counties closed schools down on Wednesday and Thursday as a caution towards the hurricane.

Now, schools are opening back up tomorrow, as each county has said it is safe to do so. School will resume for all students on Friday, including all in person class activities and after school activities.

For more information, check your school's website for the latest updates. Stay safe out there!
