Did you know that your pets can have net worths just like you? Because I didn't!
Well, according to the ultimate pet rich list, Taylor Swift's cat, Olivia Benson, is worth a whopping $97 million! And if you think that's a crazy amount of money, Swift's cat is only the third richest pet in the world.
The Number One spot on the Pet Rich List is occupied by a German shepherd called Gunther VI, who’s owned by the Gunther Corporation and is worth $500million. Number Two, meanwhile, is held by Nala Cat – a feline with more than 4million followers on Instagram, who is reportedly worth $100million.
According to the website, Olivia made her money by being a part of several TS music videos, through her own merch line, and through cameos in ads for Diet Coke and Ned Sneakers.
The total amount of money each pet had made was calculated by “analyzing the Instagrams of pets with the most followers, likes, and engagement rates.”
