DJ/producer Diplo appeared for a split second in the latest trailer for the upcoming Pokémon movie, Detective Pikachu. The size of his role in the film is not yet clear.
The second trailer for Detective Pickachu dropped fittingly on Pokemon Day. If you were a kid like me playing red and blue version and collecting all the Pokemon cards than you're about to feel really old because Pokemon is celebrating 23 years of existence.
In this second trailer we get a little more insight as to the plot of the movie but for some reason everyone is more excited about the surprise cameo from Diplo! It was literally a split second of him DJing and yet that's the most talked about thing on twitter (even besides the epic appearance of mewtwo!)
