Ariana Grande, who was suing Forever 21 for $10 million, is pausing her lawsuit and allowing them time to offer her a settlement.
A little while ago we all saw Ariana Grande savagely suing Forever 21 for using her posts and model that looked just like her to push products similar to things in her videos after she turned down their offer.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Ariana Grande and Forever 21 have both asked the court for an extension in the case from September 25th to Novemeber 8th.
The reason? It seems Forever 21 would like to make a settlement offer and Ari's people are willing to continue "meaningful settlement discussions"
Also according to The Blast "Further, “the parties have agreed to attempt to resolve the Dispute by participating in confidential mediation. The parties mutually agreed upon a mediator and mediation schedule. The parties require additional time to continue their good-faith attempt to resolve the Dispute and reach a settlement.”
