Americans have given up hope for a summer body and are now instead focusing on a post-quarantine body.
Guess it makes sense with summer basically being canceled, why would we need a summer body?
According to researchers, 63% of Americans say they are now focusing their efforts on achieving a post-quarantine body rather than working on their summer bods.
And 76% of those surveyed have experienced increased stress because they’re snacking more with 76% also saying they’ve gained up to 16 pounds during their time in self-isolation (relatable af)
Also 75% of Americans were in agreement that they’re starting to feel like they’re living the same day over and over again (doubly relatable)
