We know Nolan from watching him grow up on Modern Family playing Luke Dunphy but he's ready to take his career in a new direction starting with changing up his physique.
" I feel like now it's time to kind of make a decision on where I want to go with my career, and one of the ways you can do that is by changing my look and my mindset."
According to the interview with people, he also says, "I spent six months basically on vacation," basically eating whatever he wanted like a lot of people during the start of the pandemic before finally getting serious.
